Llandco,Inc. was founded and formed by Nicholas Wink in 2009. "Nick" as he is known by friends is a third generation family member who has worked in the landfill construction business. Nicks Grandfather worked for years in Berks County, and also traveling outside the County lines, and even State lines providing many Corporations with years of quality and dependable hard work in both the landfill business, and also construction, and excavation business.

Nick followed not only his Grandfathers legacy, but also he takes pride in following in his Father, Troy Winks foot steps. Troy who went from equipment operator, to crew foreman, to site supervisor, and in recent years as a partner in a landfill company has helped to provide Nick with additional insight and support which makes Llandco,Inc. a name you can trust and count on in business everyday.

Nick who was born and raised in Leesport, PA, and who went to Schuylkill Valley High School, and then went on to take various classes for Business Management has proved he has what it takes to run a company of this stature. Nick worked in management at the landfill that his Father was partner in, before deciding that the time was right to make a move, and venture out on his own to start his own business.

Many of the employees from the other landfill business filled out job applications and Nick along with his newly formed management team hired the best of the best. The team provides well in excess of 150 years of combined knowledge of not only the landfill construction business, but also excavation, sewer work, site prep work, snow removal, black top paving and contracting work just to name a few.

Nick has vision, though he wants Llandco,Inc. known as a landfill construction company, he knows that with the state of the economy it is important to keep his crews busy year around, whether it be laying new black top, to installing a commercial retaining wall, to working on Lake side bank natural retention wall. Llandco,Inc. is more then just a landfill construction company, and Nick along with his employees are out to prove just that.
